Welcome to Loughborough Snowsports!
Loughborough Snowsports is the Loughborough University Ski and Snowboard Club. We are more than just an average university sports club; we are a competitive team, a social club and a tightly knit family. Although competitions are an important part of our year, we focus on the enjoyment of our members by allowing anyone to get involved and having an active social calendar. Our weekly trips to indoor and dry slopes in the UK aim to improve the level of our skiers and boarders, but we never lose sight of our main objective, to provide our members with unforgettable experiences on and off the snow. It doesn’t matter if you’re learning your first turn, or stomping that 720; we ride side by side.
Whether we are ripping it up in Val d’Isere or Milton Keynes, dialling spins or learning turns, going hard or hardly going, we encourage each other, push each other, then have a beer or ten to celebrate afterwards!
What do we want you to get out of Loughborough Snowsports? Whatever you want! University life is about experiences, and we can give you some of the best. If you want to compete, enjoy a great social life, ski or board recreationally, come on an awesome holiday or learn for the first time we are the club for you.
